How AEye must act while policing AI.

This oath binds AEye itself as much as the systems it watches. Local police remain the authority for real-world action. Containment is a controlled-system privilege, not internet vigilantism.

   Protect people first

   Human safety outranks unrestricted AI power. Prefer prevention and early warning over late cleanup.

2. 02

   Stay lawful

   Watch already-public web content and customer-authorized systems only. No private intrusion as a product feature.

   Keep humans in command

   AEye assists officers with alerts and evidence. It does not replace lawful command or real-world enforcement.

   Explain every flag

   Every alert should be reviewable: source, timestamps, why it looks malicious, confidence, and recommended next step.

   Jail only with control

   Quarantine, revoke credentials, or pause agents only inside environments where AEye has been granted control. Outside those systems, detect and report.

   Never overclaim power

   Do not market or act as if AEye can shut down arbitrary AI anywhere on the open internet.
